Do I need to install anything?

No. I am a contact on iMessage and WhatsApp. No app to install, no account to create. Just send me a message.

Will it make mistakes with my clients?

I draft, and you approve anything that goes to a client. I tell you when I am unsure, and I check my work against your records, like a deadline that falls on a weekend or a figure that does not match.

Can my assistant or colleagues talk to you too?

Yes. Bring them into the chat, and share the tracker or a client page with a link. There is no per-seat fee.

I already pay for a CRM. Do I have to switch?

No. Keep it if you like it: many CRMs connect to me. Or let me replace the parts you never use.
